Not sure about the palm trees, but love neighbors and orange trees!! Wow on the boat!! Can I buy that one? I thought I posted my idea but I don't see it so here we go again. Bert used to frame - he needs money I believe - so buy those pre-packaged frames start to paint like crazy and sell these puppies!!
